Views of the proposed Seamer Wind Farm
As the project develops, various images will become available; from prelimary photomontages of the proposed site to a full interactive map with photomontages from various view points.
In preparing the Environmental Statement that supports the Seamer Windfarm planning application, a range of wireframe and photomontage images were produced from viewpoints agreed with the local councils and the North York Moors National Park Authority.
Those images from locations near to the wind farm can be seen by accessing the interactive map.
They represent a range of views that local residents, walkers, cyclists and road users would see of the proposed wind farm, and have been submitted as part of the planning application.
Whilst we recognise that these visual representations will never be a perfect substitute for the actual view, we believe they will assist in understanding how the wind farm will look, if approved and built.
